It’s very easy to take care of, and the slime moulds are very interesting. It can be a bit much placing a wet paper towel and putting oats in the plate, but that’s on me. (By the way, I named them Harvey, Bartholemew and Biscuit.) Overall rating, 4 stars.

I ordered K. rosea and a few other gram positive bacteria, all the strains arrived promptly within a couple of days of placing the order, and they all looked healthy. My lab and I are very happy with the speed and convenience of purchasing strains from Darwin Biological, we would be happy to buy more strains from them if any new ones become available on their store

I ordered a frozen rat from Darwin Biological for a school's open evening dissection, and I was really impressed with both the product and the service. The specimen was a good size and arrived in excellent condition. It was well frozen, intact, and with no damage. My highlight was the packaging, which was particularly noteworthy, using recycled wool for insulation... I really appreciated from a sustainability perspective. I also had a very tight delivery window, and after contacting customer service, the team went above and beyond to ensure it arrived on time, which made a big difference!
Overall, a very positive experience. I would definitely order from Darwin Biological again and highly recommend them :)

Pooter was fine arrived very quickly being used by my daughter who’s an environmentalist to remove insects from her home and also to study unusual ones however we did find the postage very high but I suppose you were used to sending in larger quantities to educational establishments

The pellets were well packaged and arrived very quickly.
During dissection we found a large quantity of bones from lots of different animals and students really enjoyed matching them to our guide leaflets.
A great practical and would very much recommend.
The plant was alive but in a very small pot. Packed badly so most of the soil had fallen out leaving bare roots. I had to immediately re pot and buy suitable soil mix.
