I ordered K. rosea and a few other gram positive bacteria, all the strains arrived promptly within a couple of days of placing the order, and they all looked healthy. I ordered a frozen rat from Darwin Biological for a school's open evening dissection, and I was really impressed with both the product and the service. The specimen was a good size and arrived in excellent condition. It was well frozen, intact, and with no damage. My highlight was the packaging, which was particularly noteworthy, using recycled wool for insulation... I really appreciated from a sustainability perspective. I also had a very tight delivery window, and after contacting customer service, the team went above and beyond to ensure it arrived on time, which made a big difference!
