I ordered a frozen rat from Darwin Biological for a school's open evening dissection, and I was really impressed with both the product and the service. The specimen was a good size and arrived in excellent condition. It was well frozen, intact, and with no damage. My highlight was the packaging, which was particularly noteworthy, using recycled wool for insulation... I really appreciated from a sustainability perspective. I also had a very tight delivery window, and after contacting customer service, the team went above and beyond to ensure it arrived on time, which made a big difference!
Overall, a very positive experience. I would definitely order from Darwin Biological again and highly recommend them :)

My single tube of Drosophila medium arrived perfectly packed and in excellent condition. It is now in the fridge while my previously purchased tube of fruit flies are hopefully in the process of producing future residents for it.
