I ordered K. rosea and a few other gram positive bacteria, all the strains arrived promptly within a couple of days of placing the order, and they all looked healthy. My lab and I are very happy with the speed and convenience of purchasing strains from Darwin Biological, we would be happy to buy more strains from them if any new ones become available on their store

I ordered a frozen rat from Darwin Biological for a school's open evening dissection, and I was really impressed with both the product and the service. The specimen was a good size and arrived in excellent condition. It was well frozen, intact, and with no damage. My highlight was the packaging, which was particularly noteworthy, using recycled wool for insulation... I really appreciated from a sustainability perspective. I also had a very tight delivery window, and after contacting customer service, the team went above and beyond to ensure it arrived on time, which made a big difference!
Overall, a very positive experience. I would definitely order from Darwin Biological again and highly recommend them :)
