Sepia officinalis. Approximately 20cm long. Cuttlefish are molluscs (like snails) and are in the cephalopods family along with squid and octopus. Cephalopod literally translates as 'foot-head' and all species in this family have tentacles attached to their head.

All our frozen specimens are vacuum sealed and frozen. Upon receipt specimen will have defrosted, they can then be re-frozen for dissection at a later date (use within 2 years) or kept refrigerated if required imminently (within 2 days). Not suitable for human consumption.
Preserved cuttlefish are also available.
