Sepia officinalis. Approximately 20cm long. Cuttlefish are molluscs (like snails) and are in the cephalopods family along with squid and octopus. Cephalopod literally translates as 'foot-head' and all species in this family have tentacles attached to their head.

Preserved in formalin and vacuum packed for storage and delivery. Unopened will last for 6 months in the fridge. Once opened, use immediately or submerge in preserving fluid.
Frozen cuttlefish and frozen whole fish are also available.
